Our Recruitment Process
Our Recruitment Week is offered at the first or second week of Fall and Spring Quarter. During this week, we offer many events for those interested to learn more about our sisterhood and meet our sisters. If you are interested in joining, we ask that you attend 3 required events: 1 informational, 1 social or cultural event, and 1 service event. More information about the required events are listed below.

After attending those events, We invited those qualified with our grade requirements to a formal interview. During this interview, the sisters will get to learn more about you. After the interviews are conducted, the Recruitment Advisors will offer bids to those interested and finished with requirements. If a bid is received and accepted, you are then qualified to associate and work your way to become a sister of Delta Kappa Delta. During the association process, the Recruitment Advisors will promote building interpersonal skills, teamwork, professionalism, education on different cultures, character development, encourage everlasting bonds and create leaders for our organization and for personal success. After a 6 8 week association process, sisters may obtain bids to become an official member of Delta Kappa Delta.
Summary of Our Recruitment Process1. Attend recruitment week! Remember to come to at least 1 informational, 1 cultural or social event, and 1 service event.
2. Complete your interview. 3. Bids are offered! If you are provided a bid, you can start our association process (6-8 weeks). 4. After successful completion of association, you may become an official sister of Delta Kappa Delta. |
Please note that we are a non hazing sorority. Therefore, we are completely against any forms of hazing we have a zero tolerance policy against hazing.
